a full day TED conference on democracy, LIVESTREAMED in our community

Winfield Public Library is one of 65 libraries across the country selected to livestream TED Democracy Live: Founding Futures to our community. We’ll virtually connect with civic-minded residents across the United States to participate in a monumental event examining the past, present, and future of modern democracy.
The daylong symposium will feature 15+ brand new TED Talks showcasing ideas and solutions designed to inspire and inform. We will join the livestream locally to experience the day’s talks in real time:
10:00am – 11:30am: Talks, session one
11:30am – 12:45pm: Lunch, catered by Grouse Valley Catering
1:00pm – 2:30pm: Talks, session two
3:00pm – 4:30pm: Talks, session three
