Thanks to the generosity of grants and early supporters, we’ve already raised $60,000 toward making The Patio a reality. We’re off to a great start, but we’re not quite there yet.
With your help, we can cross the finish line. Every gift, big or small, brings us one step closer to building The Patio @ WPL!

What’s Happening?
Pull up a chair and stay awhile.
Something special is happening at your hometown library.
The Patio @ WPL will be a renovated outdoor space designed for folks of all ages to gather, learn, and enjoy each other’s company. Our goal is to create a welcoming spot where neighbors can connect, kids can play, and that all library facilities are enhanced for community use.
But this isn’t just any patio, it’s an extension of the library itself. With easy access to friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, and public computers, The Patio will be a lively place for outdoor film events, storytelling, learning, and sharing ideas. Whether it’s a book club, a craft day, or just a quiet moment with a good book, this space will bring people together and support lifelong learning right here in Winfield.
With your help, we can build a space that brings our community closer and keeps the joy of learning alive for generations to come.
