Using your Winfield Public Library card, you can access Kanopy. With an expertly curated collection of narrative and documentary films we think you’ll enjoy, we’re pleased to bring this streaming service to our community. Go to kanopy.com to get started today, or download the Kanopy app on your Smart TV or web-enabled devices.
For Families, See Kanopy Kids! This special section offers a wide range of educational and entertaining content for children, including animated storybooks, movies, and TV series that are perfect for young viewers. It’s a great way to make learning fun and engaging for kids of all ages. Plus, Kanopy Kids offers **unlimited access**, so your children can enjoy as much content as you’d like.
For the rest of Kanopy’s extensive library, Winfield Public Library cardholders are provided **20 tickets each month**. Each ticket allows you to watch one film, giving you plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy a variety of content.

Youth Book Club (grades 3-7)ish
12/23/24 @ 4:15pm – 12/23/24 @ 5:15pm Discovery Room Winfield Public Library Youth, grades 3-7, have an opportunity to tackle the Winfield Public Library’s 2024 Reading Challenge together! December’s challenge is to read “a book set in Kansas or by a Kansas author.” The book club chose to read the classic, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum. We meet every Monday after school from 4:15 pm-5:15 pm and read the book aloud together each week. Youth may pop in and join us at ANY TIME! Copies of the book are available at the library, and attendance at the club meetings is not required to participate.Â

Join us for our annual teen holiday soiree complete with treats, party games, and a “white elephant” gift exchange. Puzzle Exchange drop off begins
01/03/25 @ 12:00am – 01/08/25 @ 12:00am Winfield Public Library January is National Puzzle Month and WPL is celebrating with a community puzzle exchange!Here’s how it works:Â bring your gently used jigsaw puzzles to the WPL front desk between January 3 and January 8. Puzzles must be at least 300 pieces, be in excellent condition, and contain all pieces in a zipper bag inside the puzzle box. For each gently used puzzle you contribute, you will receive one ticket to redeem for another’s gently used puzzle.Come back beginning Friday, January 10 to redeem your ticket(s) for new-to-you puzzles.
